Is the pass valid for one person only? Each transport pass is nominative and can only be used by one person.

Can I cancel my package if my runner cancels his/her race? Yes, if your runner does not come to the race, you can cancel your pass by sending a message through our contact form here.

For the start of the 20K - Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, there is no pass available. What should I do? It is possible to get to the start of the race by train, like the runners, but you need to book your own transport here.

Can I access anywhere with my package? No. The transport pass allows you to access only the points specific to the package you have booked.

Do I need to book a specific time or can I get on all the buses on offer? You can get on the bus of your choice on the days of travel corresponding to your package, with the exception of the line that takes you to the start line, for which reservation is compulsory.

How do I get back to the start line after the race? The package is designed to follow the runner from the start line to the finish line in Nice. For this reason, you and your runner will need to arrange your own transport to return back.

Can I follow another race with my runner's pass or go to the start of another race? No, if you wish to follow another race, you must purchase a bus pass.

Are children allowed on the buses? Due to the possibility of waiting during the night and the possibility of bad weather, our bus system is forbidden for children under 3 years old.

Are pets allowed on the bus? We advise against bringing your pet with you. The decision depends on the bus driver and not on the organisation.

Can I take the bus with my bike? Yes, you will need to dismantle your bike and store it in an appropriate bag. However, the luggage compartments are different for each bus. It is possible that the bus you wish to take does not have the capacity to load your bike.
