Registration conditions

Elite runners can gain a free entry to the UTMB World Series Events and UTMB World Series Majors* which is determined by their UTMB Index within the chosen race category. For more details, please check the entry conditions here.

• Nice 100M : From 255€ to 290€
• Nice 100K: From 200€ to 240€
• Nice 50K: From 110€ to155€
• Nice 20K: From 50€ to 65€

Prices vary and are linked to a specific number of bibs.

Prices include VAT and registration fee. An additional 8% administration fee will be charged. Those administration fees are not refundable in case of cancelation.

To another race of the same event:

It is possible to transfer a registration to a shorter distance until 3 weeks before the event and in the limit of places available. In this case, no refund will be made. The event organiser must be contacted directly via email.

It is also possible to ask to transfer a registration to a longer distance but the request will not be automatically accepted and will be at the discretion of the race director. Transfers are only available if the new distance is not sold out.

If you have purchased insurance and request a transfer to a different race distance, you will be eligible for a refund of the original registration fee paid.

Registration is personal. It is not possible to transfer a registration to someone else or to postpone to the following year.

Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's area.

• If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To do so, you need to access your registration dashboard and click on Apply for a refund to cancel your registration and fill out the refund request form which will be addressed to the insurance. ATTENTION: before cancelling your registration, please make sure you have read the general terms and conditions.

• If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.

In the case of the cancellation of a race, for any reason whatsoever, decided more than 15 days before the departure date, a partial refund of the registration fees will be made. The amount of this refund will be determined in such a way as to enable the organization to cover all the non-recoverable expenses incurred as of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancellation decided** less than 15 days before departure or in the event of interruption of the race**, for any reason whatsoever, no registration refund will be made.
