Following a recent change in French legislation, the medical certificate will no longer be required for races from September 2024 onwards, including the Nice Cote d'Azur by UTMB 2024. A health form may need to be completed a few weeks before the event. We will inform you as soon as we have more details on this new system planned for the 2024 season. Each runner must take responsibility for their own health and ensure they are in good physical condition in preparation for the event.
To another race of the same event:
It is possible to transfer a registration to a shorter distance until 3 weeks before the event and in the limit of places available. In this case, no refund will be made. The event organiser must be contacted directly via email.
It is also possible to ask to transfer a registration to a longer distance but the request will not be automatically accepted and will be at the discretion of the race director. Transfers are only available if the new distance is not sold out.
Registration is personal. It is not possible to transfer a registration to someone else or to postpone to the following year.
a) Registration cancellation insurance: The purpose of this cancellation insurance is to allow the runners to be fully reimbursed of the registration fee if they wishes to cancel their registration for the reasons described in the terms of sales of the insurance. Cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of registration.
b) Refund without insurance: If the runner does not subscribe to the insurance, no refund will be possible.
In the case of the cancellation of a race, for any reason whatsoever, decided more than 15 days before the departure date, a partial refund of the registration fees will be made. The amount of this refund will be determined in such a way as to enable the organization to cover all the non-recoverable expenses incurred as of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancellation decided** less than 15 days before departure or in the event of interruption of the race**, for any reason whatsoever, no registration refund will be made.
